If two sets of identcal twins have kids with the opposing set would their kids be closer to siblings?

Identical twins don't share "almost the same DNA". They share the "exact DNA". If 2 sets of identical twins mate with each other, their kids will have a lot more genes in common than traditional cousins. In fact if someone runs a DNA test on the kids, they won't be able to determine which kid belong to which parent.
