I got a 163 on the PSAT's and in the 75th percentile. Is this decent for the first time?

This my first time taking a college-oriented standardized test, and I didn't study or take any courses before this. I left a lot blank, especially because I'm a slow worker, and I didn't get that many wrong for the ones I did answer. Thanks for any input/explanation of my scores! ♥
