Clear My Mind?

I want to be a music artist but i lost my talent. I think it's to much on my mind i drink a lot and when i drink i lose my memory can you help me. I stop drinking but i still seem to not remeber things. Don't say i need a doctor because i tried it. I jus need something to clear my mind. Can i be hypnotized to get my talent back.....hmm answer
