If the Northern Hemisphere of earth always faced the Sun...?

If the northern hemisphere of earth faced the sun, while revolving, what would happen to the days and nights? What about the seasons, would there be winter,fall,summer,spring? Because the northern hemisphere faces earth only, earth doesn't rotate on its axis.
