Is Monta Ellis an all-star?

Man this beast is so underrated. The problem is the all star game is freakin popularity contest. I'm a huge Warriors fan and Monta having three 30+ games in a row is amazing. For christs sake AI and Tracy Mcgrady are bout to get on the all star team, tell me, what the hell have they done this season. I'm sry man, but only if the Warriors improve their record than Monta may have a chance cause his stats are out of this world!
