Is it normal to bleed the next day after being fingered?

My boyfriend fingered me several times yesterday and today my is somewhat sore and its kinda bleeding. When i woke up this morning i had some blood stains on my pj's and i just went to the washroom and i noticed blood stains on my underwear. When i wiped i didnt see any blood. Is this normal or somthing serious?
