Why are Malaysians so scared to offer their opinions on internet in Yahoo!Answers especially? Because of ISA?

We can talk a lot and grumble loudly but when it comes to questions and answers in Yahoo, very few are prepared to air their views. We have to speak out when we are being wronged!
