What is the best freeware for removing files/folders that are leftover after the uninstall of a program?

I am still finding programs that I uninstalled in my "Program Files" folder and "Program Data" folder. I would like to find a program that will remove these files and folders for me without manually doing it. Like I said, i would greatly prefer freeware, especially if its available on download.com. But all recommendations are greatly welcome. I am currently using ccleaner and Glary Utilities. Let me know what you think.
