Do you think my wife will accept my valentine gift?

My wife and i have been separated for 5 months now and looks like we're headed to divorce. She wants it but I don't. We had struggles the last few years which lead to break down in communication. We went through major surgery (her) in the first year of marriage she almost ped away twice due to complications. During the recover we couldn't be intimate and she went through a period of depression. This was followed by various family aliments and misfortune. It didn't hlp that I also shut down emotionally...I didn't have an outlet for dealing with the challenges of recovery. Lack of communication and trust issues rared its ugly head and lead to separation. We no longer live in the same country but i still love her a lot. I'm hoping that the gift will be received as an expression of my love. I miss her dearly and just a chance to show her the depth of my love.
