I'm going to rephrase this...are there any mental disorders which involve a difficulty in viewing film...?

sequences as continuous, moving scenes? Persistence of vision is the human brain perceptual quality that makes film sequences perceived as moving rather than as individual frames/images. I wanted to know if schizophrenic people, specifically (or any other mental illness), have a tendency to view film as individual images moreso than a moving sequence...or if they have any other disturbance to their persistence of vision when viewing film...
