Which specie of tetra would be more adaptable to a small volume tank (10gal) ?

You can have shoal of about 10 neon's, remember you need some dwarf coryadoras they are cute as bottom feeders, you could also have 5 black widow tetra (black skirt), ask in your local pet store for info and their needs and sizes that they can grow to. Good luck
