Where can i buy/can i self install ARB air lockers?

can i install ARB lockers for my 95 toyota by my self or do i need a lotta special tools? if so where can i buy them? i have looked at like arbusa.com or something like that but i cont find where they are selling a locker kit or what ever. thanks
