On double-clicking Irfanview software (Image edition freeware) nothing happens!!!?

I have downloaded irfanview (Image editing software) from its site, but when i double-click the setup file (exe) nothing happens on my home pc. While i have done same thing on my office pc, the double-clicking runs the setup and setup continues as normal. But nothing happens when i double clicks the setup of my home pc. Both pc has windows xp. Plz help. 10 points to the correct solution.
