I GOT HYPNOTIZED.....REALLY SCARED?

ok so there was this thing after school today and i went to it and a hypnotsist came and he walked around choosing people he thought it would work on...he chose me...i sat in a chair with all of my clmates/friends watching and then on it was a blur. I did not remember anything and everyone said i was laughing like crazy. 1. im embared and 2 i feel kind of dizzy and light headed after he did it..what should i do?
